Fixed public pricing only

Licensing Policy

Each license is assigned to one user. That user may install ShopReady on up to two of their own machines, but only one machine may be in active use at a time.

Updates & Support

Active subscription plans include updates and support for the duration of the active term. Perpetual licenses include 12 months of updates and 12 months of support.

Refund Window

Eligible purchases may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for the full policy and any plan-specific conditions.

License Use

Each license is intended for the permitted user count shown at checkout. Sharing one seat among multiple simultaneous users is not allowed.
