Refund Policy

Effective March 13, 2026. This Refund Policy applies to ShopReady digital products and subscriptions sold through Paddle.

ShopReady sells software, software licenses, and related digital access. Refund eligibility is based on the date of the original purchase or the date of the most recent subscription renewal.

One-time purchases

If you purchase a one-time digital product from ShopReady through Paddle, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

After 14 days from the purchase date, the transaction is no longer eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

For subscription renewals, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal date.

After 14 days from the most recent billing date, the subscription charge is no longer eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not itself create a refund for charges older than the 14-day refund window.

How to request a refund

Refund requests for Paddle-powered transactions can be made through Paddle buyer support at paddle.net or by contacting us through the ShopReady support portal and including your purchase email and order details.

Effect of refunds on access

If a purchase is refunded or otherwise reversed, access to the related software, licenses, updates, support access, or other digital entitlements may be disabled or revoked.
