Terms of Service
Effective March 13, 2026. These Terms govern use of the ShopReady website, support portal, software downloads, AI assistant, and related services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you have a separate written agreement with ShopReady, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you purchase through Paddle, your transaction is subject to Paddle's buyer-facing checkout and payment terms in addition to these Terms.
Use of the Services
You may use the ShopReady website, support portal, AI assistant, downloads, and related services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted systems except where prohibited by law, or use the Services to transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
Accounts and Access
Some features require an account, including customer portal access and support tickets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms, to compromise security, or to harm ShopReady, its customers, or third parties.
Software, Licenses, and Deliverables
Any software, extension, templates, documentation, or deliverables we provide are licensed, not sold, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our software or proprietary materials beyond your internal business use.
Subscriptions, Digital Products, and Refunds
For one-time digital purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
For subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date and within 14 days of any renewal date.
After 14 days from the relevant purchase or renewal date, the charge is no longer eligible for a refund.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops future billing but does not change refund eligibility for prior charges.

Refunded, Reversed, and Abusive Transactions
If a transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise canceled, we may suspend or terminate access to the related software, license, account features, updates, support access, or other digital entitlements associated with that transaction.
Use of software or licensed features after a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal is not permitted unless the relevant order is repurchased or reactivated by us in writing.
We may investigate and restrict accounts involved in suspected abuse, including repeated refund requests, repeated repurchases after refunds, account cycling, chargeback abuse, or attempts to retain access to paid digital products after payment has been reversed.
Support Tickets and Submitted Content
When you submit a support request, attachment, screenshot, model, drawing, message, or other content, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, host, reproduce, and analyze that content as needed to provide support, maintain the Services, improve workflows, and meet legal obligations.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you send to us and that your submissions do not violate the rights of others.
AI Assistant
The AI assistant is provided for general informational and workflow support purposes. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific shop, project, or production conditions.
You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it for purchasing, fabrication, engineering, code compliance, production, or business decisions.
Acceptable Use and Security
You may not upload malicious code, probe or scan our systems without authorization, use automated means to scrape protected content, or attempt to bypass access restrictions.
We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities when required.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including our branding, software, interface design, text, graphics, workflows, and documentation, are owned by ShopReady or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our Services or materials except for the limited rights expressly granted.
Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party tools and platforms, including hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, and AI providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Services will meet every workflow, production, or compatibility requirement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopReady and its affiliates, owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or production losses arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShopReady and its affiliates, owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services at any time if necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or address misuse.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
